One of the best restaurants in the area, the food tastes good, the service WOW and then the Uzo and a dessert from the kitchen you can't get anywhere. Will consider it a lot in the future.

Hello, I'll write a realistic review here .. We got a table quickly without a reservation .. but only a folding table with a metal sign with the presumably written word Reserved on it (you couldn't read it anymore ..) The quality of the garden chairs are definitely better at home and the cushions are probably only available at an additional cost. The service is very forgetful (at 40 degrees we asked for water for our dog, which was confirmed but never came ...) and somehow rude so that you get glasses with lipstick on the rim. You have to wait a long time for the food so that you have almost forgotten what you actually ordered from the wait ... but the more you are happy about the beer, which luckily was nice and warm. And when the food finally came there was more sauce under the plate than on top (what a joy!) Fortunately the portions were so small that at least one was still hungry to eat somewhere else.

The food was good, as was the service, but the audience took some getting used to, which could also be due to Corona. If you are advised by other guests that you should wear a mouthguard when leaving the restaurant (after paying) (which is not mandatory in NRW), but you yourself at one table with people from MORE than 2 households, that tarnishes a little the stay. But I would like to emphasize again that the restaurant as such is not to blame!

With the departure of the former owner and her service, the warmth has also been lost. You knew the guests, greeted them with a handshake and there was always a nice chat and also flattered with each other. In the meantime it is "only" a restaurant with a slightly cooler atmosphere, but the food is still good and the price-performance ratio is good.

Very well attended, so reserve in advance. The atmosphere is casual but rather chic casual not relaxed, which Google suggests. The food is excellent. I had beef liver, very well fried and very intense in taste. My friends were also thrilled with their food. The service was very friendly and relaxed, laughed with us and made jokes. Definite recommendation!

The food did not convince and unfortunately. The atmosphere and above all the service against it VERY. We will come back and see how the kitchen beats :-)

Very nice friendly service, the service was exceptionally good. Fresh warm white bread was handed in the whole time. The food was very delicious, with each of us. Also as a motorcyclist we were warmly and friendly welcome what not in the restaurant is the case if you are unannounced with 8 people through the door. Thanks to the Socrates team for the fine afternoon.

Very friendly service. Everything was very familiar and warm. The prices are perfectly reasonable. The waiting for the meal was also completely OK with us. Didn't really take much time. Otherwise the food is fine. Solid Greek fare. Good portions and well presented. But the certain whistle, the special lacked the dishes (octopus salad and lamb skewer). But definitely recommended for a nice social evening.
